A few words on multiple sclerosis...

Naturally, many people with MS turn to diet as a remedy to help treat the disease but are often given misleading or dangerous advice.

With the bombardment of health and nutrition information available today it is hard to distinguish between sound advice and the quackery that is often used to sell a product. Even more confusing is weeding out the pertinent medical facts that apply to you and your life. The diet director, inc. is a valuable resource to help you make important wellness decisions and provide you with a better understanding of what scientific information may help with your personal health circumstances.

Presently, there is no medically proven diet that cures multiple sclerosis. However, most of the medical community agrees that a low fat well-balanced diet is a good choice for those with MS.

A well balanced eating plan should be designed by registered dietitian. A registered dietitian is a food and nutrition expert who can ensure that your meal plan will provide optimal nutrition based on your individual dietary requirements.
