Well-Balanced Kids

This is a new and unique nutrition and exercise program for children ages 4-9 to promote a good diet and a healthy lifestyle. 6-week sessions include a 90 minute class where participants will learn how to make healthy food choices and participate in a high energy fun-filled fitness routine. Zumbatrition

An exciting nutrition/exercise program designed for teens and preteens to promote a healthy weight and a healthy life.  Zumba is a great way to burn calories, improve cardiovascular conditioning and have a blast at the same time. In addition, nutrition classes will be included to help everyone get started and stay motivated to eat healthfully, develop a positive body image and healthy relationship with food but most importantly participants will learn to use diet and regular exercise to help lower their risks of developing serious medical conditons later in life.
