Cooking Classes

Discover how you can quickly and easily create simple delicious meals bursting with flavor and rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Classes are 2 hours in length and they take place in your own kitchen. We will work as a team blending observation with “hands on” participation and we’ll prepare 2 complete balanced meals or 3 simple main dishes. Food choices are limitless and the goal is to focus on your personal dietary needs and preferences. Supermarket Tours

Become supermarket savvy in practically no time at all. Aisle by aisle, you will learn how to properly read food labels; how to find healthy foods that are within your budget; how to identify organic produce and the differences among organic foods on the store shelves; how to understand food symbols and their meanings. Schedule your tour today and your make sure your shopping cart is going in the right direction.

Meal Planning Packages

Imagine a customized personal meal plan created by a registered dietitian/certified chef just for you. The plan will be tailored to your individual requirements and based on your food preferences.
Fee The cost is $40.00 per weekly plan or you may purchase a monthly plan for $150.00

Pantry Makeovers

No doubt…healthy eating begins at home. The diet director will come to your home and conduct an initial kitchen assessment and pantry/fridge cleanout.  You will be provided with a list of healthier options and better food choices that pertain to your families’ personal needs and preferences.
Fee: $55.00

The Well-Stocked Pantry For MS

Healthy eating for MS begins at home. The diet director will come to your home and conduct an initial kitchen assessment and pantry/fridge cleanout.  Next, you will be instructed on how to best stock your pantry to fight MS symptoms and you will learn the best foods to have on hand when your energy level is low. Grocery shopping and meal planning tips and strategies will also be provided.
Fee: $55.00

Personal Shopping

The diet director provides personal shopping services for medical diets, disease prevention and optimal wellness.
Fee: $35.00 per hour
